Everything you need to know about how we deliver your order: where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes, and how we keep it private.

Where we deliver

We're based in Kingston and deliver across Jamaica. If you're outside Jamaica, please contact us before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on qualifying orders. For all other orders, the delivery cost is worked out at checkout based on your address and the delivery option you choose, so you'll always see the full price before you pay.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on where you are and the delivery option you choose. You'll see an estimate at checkout, and we'll email you as soon as your order is on its way.

Discreet delivery, every time

Every order is sent in plain, unbranded packaging with nothing on the outside to show what's inside. Find out more about our discreet packaging.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we'll email you an update, including tracking details if your delivery option has them. You can also request an update on your order at any time.

If you're not home

If you won't be home when your order is due, get in touch and we'll help arrange a time or place that works for you.

Your delivery details

Please check that your address and phone number are correct and complete at checkout. If an order can't be delivered because of incorrect details, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, and a new delivery charge may apply.

Delays

Occasionally, things outside our control, such as severe weather or courier delays, can hold up a delivery. If this happens, we'll keep you updated and do everything we can to get your order to you quickly.
