What your parcel looks like
Plain, unbranded boxes
Larger orders arrive in a plain box with no logos, pictures or product names on the outside.
Discreet envelopes for small items
Small orders may be sent in a plain, padded envelope that looks like any other package.
The delivery label
The label shows only what the courier needs to deliver your order: your name, address and phone number. It never lists the products inside or anything that hints at what you've bought.
Inside the parcel
Your products are packed securely, so they arrive in perfect condition. Only you see what's inside when you open it.
Your bank or card statement
If you'd like to know exactly how your payment will appear on your statement before you order, just ask us and we'll tell you.
Returns stay discreet too
